Numerous Pakistanis have relocated to Australia, and their home families are eager to see them. To those who want to apply for a business or tourist visa to Australia in 2022 and are now ready to start the procedure, you have arrived at the right place. You’ll need a Visitor visa to visit Australia for tourism or business. Tourists are only allowed to stay for a maximum of three months; however, this may be extended to a full year under certain circumstances. If you are a Pakistani citizen, you cannot use the standard electronic application. Getting a visa to visit Australia is a paper-intensive process.
Australia visitor visa requirements for Pakistani Citizens
You must meet health requirements:
Australian Immigration, under World Health Organization recommendations, will evaluate you for any health risks. Pakistan has been designated as a high-risk nation for T.B. by the World Health Organization. Your circumstances will be considered when determining the nature and frequency of the required medical examinations.
It would help if you were of good character:
You are expected to disclose any past convictions. These, along with other criteria, will be used by Australian immigration to determine your moral fitness.
Adequate Health insurance:
There is no reciprocal health care coverage agreement between Australia and Pakistan. Because of this, you should be prepared to pay for your medical care in Australia. Before travelling to Australia, check that you have enough medical insurance.
Documents Required for Australian Visit Visa
Passport
· Copy of your passport that has been officially certified.
· A passport must have a minimum of six months of validity upon entry into Australia.
Funds
· Proof that you will have enough money to cover your living expenses in Australia.
· A letter confirming the status of a bank account; and
· Financial records for the last three months
· This information must be endorsed/stamped by the bank.
If a friend or family in Australia is covering the cost of your trip:
· A letter from a friend or family member pledges to cover your trip to Australia costs. Include their entire name and date of birth, their connection to you, and the length of time they plan to support your stay in their letter financially; and
· The financial resources of a friend or family who will sponsor your stay in Australia must be shown.
· The past three months of bank statements
· Proof of income for the previous three months in the form of pay slips
Travel Arrangements
· Information about your accommodations and your plans for your trip.
Employment
If you are employed:
· Pay slips for the most recent three months; and
· Your employment agreement or letter from your employer detailing your job, salary, and term of service; and
· A letter from your employer stating that you have been granted leave (the length of which should be detailed) and that you will be expected to return to work after your business trip or leave
The self-employed person required:
· Documentation verifying the existence and particulars of the company or business at issue, including but not limited to the company’s name and address, a copy of the company’s registration certificate, business bank records, etc.
· Documentation proving that you have registered for a National Tax Number (NTN) with the Federal Board of Revenue, in its official form
When Australian Immigration receives all the required documentation, they will begin processing your visa application. The processing fee for Australian visitor visa application regardless of length of the stay is AUD 105. Typically, a decision is made after roughly four weeks.
