Documents Required for Germany Visa

Following is a list of things Pakistanis need in order to apply for a visa to Germany:

Passport:
A passport with at least two blank pages and a validity date at least six months beyond the intended return date

Photographs for Germany Visa
Three recent colored images (no older than six months) in the standard 35 mm format, with a matt or semi-matt finish, 80% face coverage, a white backdrop, and no border.

If Employed:

• Original, signed leave approval letter on company letterhead
• The applicant must provide a copy of their most recent six months’ worth of bank statements, which must be printed on official bank letterhead and include the applicant’s name, the bank’s phone number, and the applicant’s account number, as well as be, signed and sealed by an authorized bank official. The minimum closing amount must be at least PKR 800,000. (Sudden deposit of money is not appreciated).
• Pay slips over the previous three months
• Your most recent three years’ worth of Personal Income Tax Returns or a Tax Deduction Certificate

If Self-Employed Professional / Businessman

• Personal income tax returns for the last three years
• Include the most recent three years of your company’s income tax returns
• The applicant must provide a copy of their most recent six months’ worth of bank statements, which must be printed on official bank letterhead and include the applicant’s name, the bank’s phone number, and the applicant’s account number, as well as be, signed and sealed by an authorized bank official. The minimum closing amount must be at least PKR 800,000.
• An original, signed and dated bank statement for the applicant’s business checking account within the past six months, including the bank’s name, the applicant’s name, the account number, and the bank’s contact information. The statement should have been updated seven days before the submission date.
